Adult film star Stormy Daniels has been arrested during a performance at a strip club in Columbus, Ohio.
Ms Daniels was reportedly headlining a show at the Siren's Gentlemen's Club.
Ms Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti confirmed the arrest on Twitter.
Ohio state law says an employee who regularly appears nude or seminude at a sexually orientated business is not allowed to touch someone not related to them while nude or seminude.
Court records reportedly show Ms Daniels was released after posting a $6,054 ($8,959 NZD) bail.
Mr Avenatti later said on Twitter the charges have been dropped.
Ms Daniels made headlines earlier this year over an alleged affair with US President Donald Trump in 2005. The President denies the affair.
