Ten people have been taken to hospital after shots were fired in Manchester.
Police received reports of gunfire in the central Moss Side area of the city at about 2:30am on Sunday (local time).
The 10 people in hospital received minor to major injuries, but police say most don't seem to be life-threatening.
Police are searching the area, interviewing witnesses and watching CCTV footage to try to identify who is responsible for the attack.
A Caribbean carnival event had taken place in the area some hours before, meaning more people were around than usual.
Extra police officers will patrol the area in the coming days.
