Tensions high a year on from Charlottesville white supremacist rally

A state of emergency has been declared in Charlottesville, Virginia, a year after a woman was killed in a white supremacist rally.

Police have been mobilised in expectation of a repeat of the violence.

A protest rally is also planned for the White House, which many neo-Nazis claim is the source of their power base now.

ITV's Robert Moore went to meet one such man.
