Police in California have raided a church whose members claim smoking marijuana is a part of their faith.
Members of the Vault Church of Open Faith started praying in a group on the sidewalk when officers arrived, taking their sacrament out in the open.
Authorities say the church is operating as an illegal marijuana dispensary. They found an indoor grow operation, and seized plants and cash.
One local told CBS News she doesn't mind people using marijuana, but it's "blasphemous" to say it's for religious reasons.
