A case against Harvey Weinstein is in jeopardy after prosecutors admitted one of his accusers was told to delete anything sensitive from her phone, before submitting it for evidence.
The revelation comes a week after another accuser was found to have given differing accounts of her allegations, causing the charge to be dropped.
