The parents of a three-month-old boy who died after allegedly ingesting methamphetamine have been arrested.

Southern Indiana couple Deven Frisque, 32, and Tara Savage, 28, were taken into custody by state police in connection with the death of their son.

Eben Fristque died inside a Madison apartment after he was found unresponsive, according to local authorities.

Shortly after his death it was discovered both parents had taken meth and other drugs inside their apartment while caring for Eben and another child.

An autopsy revealed the young boy had methamphetamine and amphetamine in his system, Indiana State Police said.

Police charged the parents with neglect of a dependent, according to Fox59.

Savage was arrested on September 25 by Kentucky State Police. Frisque was arrested on Thursday at his home in Indiana.
