The woman asked to speak to the children and when Lewis told her she could not, she threatened to call the police and followed Lewis home.
"This lady followed me all the way to my house because I got two kids with me that don't look like me," Lewis said in one of the videos.
A police officer met Lewis at his home, where the children were questioned about their relationship with Lewis.
After concluding that everything was in order, the officer let the three carry on with their day.
Lewis ended the video saying, "I'm letting the world know what's going on, it's 2018, I can't even step out into the world".
The videos have more than 700,000 views on Facebook.
