An Australian woman who killed her rapist, repeatedly screamed "you don't rape me" as she stabbed him to death.

Roxanne Eka Peters, 35, used a kitchen knife to stabbed Grant Jason Cassar, 51, in the heart after he threatened to harm her daughter unless she submitted to more sex in her Brisbane home in 2015.

On Tuesday she was sentenced to nine years in jail for manslaughter and a further 18 months for interfering with his corpse , 9 News reports.

A Brisbane court heard how Cassar broke into Peter's house and asked her to do a meth cook-up.

After she refused to have sex with him, she ran to the kitchen grabbed the knife and stabbed him repeatedly, screaming, "you don't rape me".

She then tied him up with rope and dragged him behind her car for a kilometre before dumping his body in a ditch.

He was found the next day with more than 61 injuries, including 10cm stab wounds to his chest.

The base of his oesophagus and penis had also been stabbed.

Justice Boddice told the court how he accepted the stabbing as she was enraged by the rape and threatening.

However, he said she should have sought help immediately after instead of "callously disposing of the deceased body".

She will be eligible for parole in 2020.
