Ms Syari's husband-to-be Rio Nanda Pratama was on flight JT610, which plunged into the sea shortly after taking off from Jakarta, Indonesia, killing 189 passengers and crew on October 29.
The crash took place less than two weeks before she was due to marry Mr Pratama.
But that didn't stop her going ahead with her scheduled wedding photos, citing her husband's insistence for her to be "strong".
On Instagram, she explained that her fiancé had joked that she should wear her wedding dress
Posting a series of images on Instagram, Ms Syari wrote: "Even though I feel grief that I cannot describe, I still have to smile for you."

Investigations into what caused flight JT610 to crash are on-going, but it's believed it went into a steep drop shortly before it crashed.
Indonesia's National Transportation Safety Committee announced on November 5 the plane was likely still in one piece before it hit the sea.
Black box recordings have revealed the plane had airspeed problems before the crash and an altitude sensor was replaced the day before.
The cockpit voice recorder is yet to be recovered. A volunteer diver died while working on the search due to decompression on November 2.
