A homeless man who last week risked his life to stop a terror attack in Melbourne has gone from being a city hero to one of its villains.
The man known as "Trolley man" is wanted by Police for a string of burglaries across the city.
Michael Rodgers acquired cult status for taking on a Melbourne terrorist with only a shopping trolley.

Today, Melbourne police want to question Rodgers for a spate of burglaries occurring in the weeks before the viral trolley incident, and a breach of bail conditions.
After the trolley event, it became known that Rodgers had spent a lot of time in prison before becoming homeless.
More than $140,000 was raised for the homeless man through a crowd funding campaign, organisers hoping the money could be used for him to start a new life.
