Staff at a UK animal shelter are in shock after rescuing a dog too fat to sleep in a kennel.
Bopper the Whopper, an 11-year-old collie, waddled into Gables Farm Dogs and Cats Home weighing nearly 50kg.
Known as Britain's fattest dog, he's been forced to stay with the shelter's owners as he's too rotund to comfortably fit in his kennel.

"I could not believe what I saw when he walked in," manager Ruth Rickard told the BBC. "I could not believe how huge he was."
Bopper is now on a special diet and exercise routine to help him lose over 20kg.
"We've started him on the road to recovery, but he's so fat he still finds it a struggle to get up and get around," Ms Rickard told the BBC.
Bopper's extreme weight problem might have long-lasting effects on his health.
Staff believe he might need treatment, including check-ups for diabetes and cataracts, which could make it harder for him to be rehomed.
They've set up a fundraising campaign to raise money for his vet bills.
