An eight-year-old Australian boy is being hailed as a hero for calling an ambulance for his dad, who was suffering the early stages of meningococcal.
Phoenix Pool and his three-year-old sister Winter Paget went to wake up their dad Marcus in their Victoria home on Saturday morning, but immediately realised something was wrong when he couldn't move to hug his sons.
First Phoenix called his mother, telling her "Daddy's not making any sense."
He then had the presence of mind to dial 000, the Australian emergency services number. Paramedics told him to ask his father to raise his arms above his head, 7 News reports.

In the recording of the phone call, Phoenix can be heard telling his dad to watch and copy his movements.
"Watch me. Can you do this? Dad, can you do this for me?"
But Mr Pool was unable to move. Phoenix informs the dispatcher of this, and they tell him that an ambulance will be there soon.
"I'm so proud of you," Mr Pool can be heard telling his son.
"He just said that I'm doing such a good job and that he's proud of me," Phoenix tells the dispatcher.
Little Winter has also been praised for her bravery, staying to keep her dad company while her brother used the phone.
On Sunday evening, Mr Pool's family was told he had meningococcal septicaemia, which had poisoned his blood.
He has a long road to recovery, but he credits his quick-thinking son with saving his life.
"He's absolutely my hero and I'm so proud of him," he told 7 News.
"Hopefully I can pay him back over the years. I'm not sure how many Lego sets that will cost me though."
