A woman whose children were murdered by her estranged husband has been found dead at her Sydney home.
Olga Edwards was found by local police on Wednesday. Her cause of death has not been released.
In July, Ms Edwards' estranged husband John shot their 15-year-old son Jack and 13-year-old daughter Jennifer in one of their bedrooms while she was at work. Both teenagers died at the scene.

The 68-year-old man then returned to his own home nearby where he took his own life.
The couple had been locked in a custody battle for Jack and Jennifer, during the middle of which Edwards registered for the two guns he used to shoot his children.
A senior police officer told The Daily Telegraph the children tried to run from their father when he entered their home, and were huddled together when he opened fire.
Investigators ruled the murder-suicide was "premeditated and planned". Edwards had written letters to his estranged wife and other relatives and left them with a friend in the event of his death.
Russian-born Ms Edwards arrived at the horrific scene shortly after her children died. She was treated by paramedics for severe shock and was said to have been "devastated" by the loss.
She was looked after by friends and a GoFundMe page was set up for her as her grief meant she couldn't go back to work.
At the time of her death more than 500 people had donated almost AU$30,000 (NZ$31,500).
Edwards' shocking actions prompted Australian politicians and activists to review the country's firearms and domestic violence laws.
