A horse has been rescued in bizarre circumstances in Huntington Beach, California.
Witnesses say 18-year-old Rodeo somehow escaped his enclosure at a stable and took off running onto a platform above a dumpster with a lid, then jumped on top and fell through.
He was trapped in there for over an hour.
Huntington Beach fire crews couldn't get Rodeo out of the dumpster - until a stablehand showed up armed with a forklift.
