A policeman in the UK has become an unlikely Twitter star due to his name after he appeared briefly on the news.
PC Rob Banks was interviewed on ITV’s news bulletin on Thursday UK time and viewers quickly picked up on his name and its unfortunate connotations.
Screen shots quickly appeared on Twitter with people joking about the name.
Twitter user Rebecca Greer called it the best name ever for a cop, while colleague PC Sally Baines hoped Rob would get a commendation.
