A Japanese billionaire has made Twitter history, by having the most retweeted post of all time.
Yusaku Maezawa received over four million retweets for a post he made on Saturday, offering the equivalent of $1,371,116NZD to split between 100 randomly selected users who reposted the Tweet.
That's $13,711 each.
"To participate, all you need to do is follow me and RT (retweet) this tweet" posted Mr Maezawa.

According to the Daily Mail, the billionaire is estimated to have a net worth of around $3 billion. He first rose to fame as the drummer in punk band Switch Style, then made his fortune in the fashion industry.
Mr Maezawa obliterated the record for most retweets, previously held by teenager Carter Wilkinson, reports the Daily Mail.
Mr Wilkinson appealed via the Twitter for free chicken nuggets for a year from Wendy's. The fast food giant challenged him to get 18 million retweets, and then they would grant his wish.
The teen managed 3.6 million retweets, as well as an outpouring of support from users, celebrities and brands.
Eventually, Wendy's announced that they would give him the nuggets anyway, even though he fell short of their original challenge.
