Rudolph 'Blaze' Ingram, the 7yo boy dumbfounding the world with his ripped physique

A seven-year-old boy from the US has become a global sensation thanks to his scarcely believable combination of ripped physique, rapid speed and natural sporting ability.

Rudolph 'Blaze' Ingram is already a national track champion - meaning he's one of the fastest people in the US for his age.

But his incredible pace isn't the only thing that has impressed the masses.

His 275,000 Instagram followers get just as much of a buzz out of the countless videos he posts of him running rings around opponents while playing American Football.

And he's already drawn celebrity support for his astonishing skillset.

NBA superstar Lebron James is among his biggest supporters, and marvelled on Instagram last year at how skilled Blaze was at handling a football in addition to his relentless running.

But its clear success hasn't been an accident for young Blaze. His muscly physique is formidable for anyone, let alone someone as young as him - and it's obvious he's trained hard to be as good an athlete as he is.

So with his rapidly growing fan base and professional athlete qualities already on show at age seven, it looks like we'll be seeing more of Rudolph 'Blaze' Ingram in the future.
