"This is what you get when you give an 89 cents tip for an almost 30-minute drive," he said.
It's since been reported that passenger Howard Matthew Webb was arrested and charged with adulteration of food.
The food service the delivery driver worked for said it fired her and forwarded her information on to authorities.
"She will never drive for Dinner Delivered again," General Manager Aliyah Wilson said. Webb is not affiliated with Dinner Delivered and it is not known why he was in the vehicle.
Ms Wilson said the driver had been with the company since November 2018 and had been a good, reliable driver.
The customer was refunded for tainted food. Webb remains in prison on felony charges until his hearing on March 12.
