Three Alabama men have shown their hospitality and kindness to the world, after they invited an old woman dining alone to join their table.
Jamario Howard posted his heartwarming story to Facebook on Thursday, to remind people to be kind to each other.
He says he and two friends were eating at a local restaurant, when they met their unlikely companion.

"While we were waiting for our food I noticed an elderly woman sitting alone," Howard wrote.
"My exact thoughts were 'dang I'd hate to have to eat alone'."
Howard asked the woman if he could sit with her, and she said yes.
"We talked for a minute and after a while of talking she told me she lost her husband and that tomorrow would have been their sixtieth anniversary."
Howard offered his condolences for the woman's loss - and then asked if she would like to join him and his friends for a meal.
"She was excited [to join them]. The point in this is to always be kind and be nice to people. You never know what they're going through."
He finished his post with an urgent reminder.
"People, I cannot stress this enough. Go see your mom and your grandparents. They miss you!"
His post has received thousands of comments commending his kindness.
"You three gentlemen are true men with gentle hearts. God bless you all," wrote one woman.
Another shared her experience from the other side.
"Hugs to you and your friends for what you did. I'm 80, I live in a senior building and I won't go to restaurants because I hate to eat alone. This woman was blessed by what you did. So kind and thoughtful of you. Thank you!"
