A man scaled down at least 15 stories of a high-rise building in west Philadelphia to escape a fire on Thursday night.
The fire started inside a trash chute in an apartment building around 9:30pm, prompting evacuations as smoke rose through the building, local media reported.

News helicopters captured video of the man deftly climbing down the side of building and then landing safely on the ground.
There is no word on whether the man lived in the building and why he escaped in a such a dramatic fashion.
Media reports of the incident labelled him "Spider-Man".
Four civilians and two police officers were taken to hospitals, NBC reported, citing the Philadelphia Fire Department.
There were no injuries reported.
