A US truck driver has been accused of watching porn on his phone before a fatal crash.
In October last year, 47-year-old Tate Doom from Minnesota hit and killed a 59-year-old Vernon Hedquist.
Doom's truck was travelling over the speed limit when he smashed into a ute and trailer. The trailer hurtled into a construction zone, where it hit Hedquist, reports 7 News.

Police seized two cellphones from Doom's truck and found recently deleted files from a pornographic website.
The last of the 14 files started 90 seconds before the fatal crash, reports Star Tribune.
Last week, Doom was charged with criminal vehicular homicide and criminal vehicular operation.
He is being held in custody on a $30,000 bail and will face trial in August.
