Police in the Welsh county of Gwent have asked the public to refrain from mocking a wanted criminal after the man's mugshot sparked a train of Facebook jokes - all at the expense of his receding hairline.
On Thursday, Gwent Police uploaded the mugshot of 21-year-old Newport resident Jermaine Taylor to their Facebook page. Taylor is said to have breached his licence conditions after being released from prison in December.

"Taylor received a three-year sentence for being concerned in supplying cocaine," said the caption, alongside a plea for public information in regards to Taylor's prison recall.
Facebook users had other ideas.
"Police are combing the area," one user wrote.
"Twenty-one-year-old? That was one windy paper run," another commented.
"Who done his hair? Moses?" another inquired.
"Head like a lolly that's been dropped on a cat's back," someone else chimed in.
Other honourable mentions include: "Looks like his hairline is on the run too"; "That hairline goes further back than Woolworths" and "Push his release date back further than his hairline".
Police weren't having a bar of it, dropping a stern warning about social media bullying in the comments.
"Please remember that harassing, threatening and abusing people on social media can be against the law," Gwent Police wrote.
"Our advice is to be as careful on social media as you would in any other form of communication.
"If you say something about someone which is grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, then you could be investigated by the police."
The warning has gone largely ignored.
"Keep your hair on," one person advised the officers.
