Usually, back-to-school photos are predictable and boring.
It's only years later when the kids have grown up that parents look back on them and wonder where the time went.
But Brooke Mills' recent photo was anything but run-of-the-mill.
The Alabama seventh-grader was posing for her parents when her mum noticed a slithery photobomber had edged into the frame.
"Lord, it was scary! I got two pictures and said 'show your teeth please, baby!' Then I saw the snake. I said 'Brooke come here' and she looked at me like I’m not done taking pics! So I said 'Brooke get away from the tree now.' I said it calmly, but I’m sure my face said it all," Brooke's mother told WRBl news.

Brooke's father posted the photo to his Facebook page, writing "Well 7th grade here she comes. appears a friend wanted to go with her. Lucky for Brooke he looked like his belly was already full. CRAZY".
