Just hours after the United States was left reeling from its latest mass shooting, another gunman has opened fire on innocent people. Nine people have been killed in Dayton, Ohio, while 20 were murdered in the Texas city of El Paso.
US correspondent Danielle Robertson says authorities have recently executed a search warrant for the home of the Ohio shooter, and are in the process of piecing together exactly what happened in the lead-up to the shooting and to see if there is any link between the two atrocities.
