Witnesses to a fatal stabbing in China say the suspect attacked her boyfriend after he said she was fat.
The couple were seen walking along a popular shopping street in Zhumadian on Wednesday (local time). It was a hot day in the central China city, and the woman expressed a desire for ice cream in order to cool off.

According to witness reports, the man replied: "You're already so fat and you still want to eat ice cream?" The woman didn't respond but went into a nearby store where she bought a pair of scissors.
She proceeded to stab her boyfriend four times, news website Shangaiist reports.
JSTV published footage of the street that shows the woman standing over her boyfriend as he lay bleeding on the ground.
Local police said in a statement that the man died from blood loss on his way to the hospital. The woman was arrested after trying to flee the scene.
Friends of the couple, who were both in their 20s, told local media they had been dating for less than a month.
