A student was shockingly stabbed to death outside a New York mall while others filmed, and no one offered him assistance.
Police said the victim, 16-year-old Khaseen Morris, died outside the Oceanside Strip Mall shortly before 12am (local time) after being stabbed in the chest, Newsday reports.
Disturbing video which circulated shows the deadly brawl taking place.
"Kids stood here and didn't help Khaseen.
"They'd rather video. They videoed his death instead of helping him," Det Lt Fitzpatrick said, Newsday reports.
CBS New York reported that Tyler Flach, 18, had been charged with second-degree murder.
An investigation into the murder is continuing.
