Britain's biggest family is set to expand again, with mum-of-21 Sue Radford revealing she is pregnant and due in April.

The 44-year-old and her husband Noel, 48, posted a YouTube video on Sunday (local time) to show off her latest ultrasound.

"We're just coming up to 15 weeks pregnant and we'll be able to find out the gender of the baby soon," Radford said in the video.

"I wonder if it will be 11 of each... I am feeling a bit boy [sic]."

The pregnancy follows the Lancashire couple's claims that their last child, born in 2018, would be their final addition to the family.

The family claim £170 (NZ$343) in child benefits a week, the Daily Mail reports, and rely on Noel's bakery business to make ends meet.

According to the outlet, the Radfords fork out £350 (NZ$707) per week on food and spend three hours a night tidying the house. Only their two oldest children, Chris, 30, and Sophie, 25, have left the family home.

The couple initially rose to prominence in 2008 when it was reported the baker and his wife were having "a baker's dozen" of children, following Radford's 13th pregnancy.

Radford had her first child, Chris, when she was just 14 in 1989, the Daily Mail reports. The couple met seven years earlier, aged seven and 12 respectively. They married in 1993, the rest of their children following in quick succession.

Noel and Sue are grandparents to Sophie's three children. The couple suffered a loss of a child in 2014 when their son, Alfie, was stillborn.
