Trump campaign photoshops his head onto Greta Thunberg's body

Donald Trump's not taking Greta Thunberg's naming as Time's Person of the Year well.

First he lashed out at the teenager via his Twitter account, saying she had an "anger management problem" and told her to "chill".

This has been followed up by his official campaign photoshopping the magazine's latest cover, replacing Thunberg's head with the President's.

"When it comes to keeping his promises, there's only one Person Of The Year," the Trump War Room tweet said.

Replies included a number of newly photoshopped Time covers, showing Trump as an obese old man or in prison.

Two weeks ago Trump tweeted a doctored image of his head on the body of Rocky actor Sylvester Stallone. Critics thought it was ridiculous, but within hours the bizarre image was being held aloft by protesters in Hong Kong, grateful for the United States' support in their ongoing fight against mainland China's growing influence.

Trump has been on the cover of Time about 30 times now, and won the Person of the Year honour himself in 2016.

In 2017 it was reported Trump had fake Time covers featuring his image hanging in his golfing resorts, which the magazine ordered him to remove.

Thunberg earlier changed her Twitter bio to reflect the President's earlier criticism.

"A teenager working on her anger management problem. Currently chilling and watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend."

Earlier this year when Trump sarcastically said she looked like a "very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future", Thunberg updated her bio to read the same.
