Donald Trump Jnr has failed to impress his Instagram followers by posting a picture of himself posing with a semi-automatic rifle.
The US president's eldest son is smiling in the picture as he parades the gun. Emblazoned on the magazine is a picture of former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton clutching at prison bars.
Above the magazine sits a knight's helmet with the Crusader cross.
"Nice day at the range," wrote Donald Trump Jnr.
The post received more than 183,000 likes within 24 hours.
However some people don't seem impressed with the photo, calling it "a pathetic display".
"What an idiot..like father like son. Pity!" wrote one person.
"Why is this a good thing?" wrote another.
"How does it help anyone in any way?"
Some people are accusing Trump Jnr of deleting comments which criticise him.
"Trump is so timid he even restricts his Instagram comments," wrote one woman with a laughing emoji.
Both of the president's sons are avid hunters. During their father's presidential campaign multiple photos surfaced of the pair posing with a dead leopard, elephant and a crocodile.
Last month in Mongolia Trump Jnr shot and killed an endangered argali, the world's largest living sheep, reports The Independent.
He did not have a permit to hunt the animal when he killed it but received one afterwards.
