Security officers fired shots at a vehicle that breached two checkpoints at Donald Trump’s resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

On Friday at about 11:40am, officers opened fire at a black SUV after it drove through two security checkpoints, towards the front entrance of the Mar-a-Lago estate, according to the Daily Mail.

Two people inside the vehicle have been arrested but it is not known if anyone is injured.

After the opening shots, the SUV fled the scene but was tracked down by the Florida Highway patrol shortly after.

The President was not there at the time, but was scheduled to arrive at his resort later that day with Melania Trump.
