Three men arrested for allegedly assaulting teen girls in Sydney brawl after shocking video emerges

Three men have been charged with allegedly assaulting two 16-year-old girls in Sydney over the weekend.

New South Wales police say the two teens were beaten after a "verbal argument" kicked off between them and the men.

Video of the brawl posted to social media shows three men attacking the girls. They are punched, kicked, shoved to the ground, dragged by the hair and thrown down a concrete step.

At one point it appears that one of the men kicks one of the girls square in the head as she lies on the ground.

Three men, aged 29, 23 and 21, believed to be those in the video, were arrested and charged with affray and common assault.

All three were refused bail when they appeared in the Parramatta Local Court on Monday. They will reappear in court on Tuesday.

The police still want to speak to a fourth man in relation to the event.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his 20s, and was wearing a grey hoodie, dark pants, and blue sneakers.
