A woman who died of a suspected mushroom drink poisoning in Victoria has been named as 53-year-old Rachael Dixon.

According to news.com.au, she is a personal trainer from east Melbourne.

"To the most loving, most caring person I've ever known, can't thank you enough for everything you ever did for me and all the support you gave me," her son Matthew Mountain said on Facebook

"Words can't begin to describe how much I will miss you, wish I could give you one last hug."

It's understood Dixon consumed a mushroom drink at a health retreat in the town of Clunes at the weekend.
