Former Christian Party leader an 'undue risk' to community - parole board

Former Christian Party leader a paedophile Graham Capill has been denied parole for the third time.

The parole board says he is still “an undue risk to the safety of the community”.

In 2005 Capill was sentenced to nine years in prison for child sex offences.

The former police prosecutor has not undergone any sex offender treatment programmes while in prison.

Approximately four years and nine months remain of Capill’s sentence.
