Prime Minister John Key faced more questions about Nicky Hager's book Dirty Politics, today centred around emails from Whale Oil blogger Cameron Slater about an OIA request being expedited by the Security Intelligence Service.
The Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security has decided to investigate a complaint made by the Green Party following the release of the book.
It is centred around how fast Slater managed to get the official information from the SIS about briefings former Labour leader Phil Goff had about a security matter so quickly given the department's normal secrecy and faster than the normal 20 working days or more requests are processed.
