A new short released on YouTube features Dutch children telling the stories of eight Palestinian children purportedly killed during Israel's attacks on Gaza.

The film, titled We are No Longer Here, Do You Care? is part of a new campaign aimed at raising awareness of alleged injustices taking place in Palestine.

The video features the Dutch children taking part in the same activities as the Palestinian children, before they were killed in Gaza.

The film says Sahir Abou Namous, 5, was playing with his mother when they were killed by a missile. Anas Qandeel's, 17, last Facebook message was "I can't sleep. When are they going to attack my home?" an hour before her house was hit.

The video says Israel has killed 10 Palestinian children every day in July.

Other Palestinian children whose names were used in the short film were Aahed Baker, Ismail Baker, Zakareyya Baker, Mohammed Baker, Ranim Abdul-Ghafoor and Nour Al-Najdi.

So far at least 777 have died in Gaza since the fighting broke out on 17 days ago. Fifteen more were killed on Thursday (local time) when a UN-run school was shelled by Israeli forces.

The film's director Abdelkarim El-Fassi also released a short film in 2012 denouncing the arrest of Palestinian footballer Mahmound Sarsak in Israel. The footballer went on a hunger strike for 200 days and was eventually released due to international pressure.

"Are we going to get that done now? #doyoucare?" says the campaigns Facebook page.
