A video taken at rapper Diddy's 50th birthday party appears to show Jay-Z grabbing a phone off a man he noticed filming his wife Beyoncé on the dance floor.
In the viral clip, an unknown man can be seen filming himself, before moving the camera over ever so slightly to catch a glimpse of the superstar dancing beside him.
On seeing this, Jay-Z reaches over and angrily snatches the phone off the man, who immediately throws his hands up in an apologetic gesture.
Jay-Z appears to scold the man, as the person filming the confrontation pans away.
Earlier in the evening, the '99 Problems' rapper posed alongside Kanye West, whom he's reportedly been feuding with for years. The pair shocked fans and media outlets when they were photographed smiling and shaking hands.
The event was a star-studded affair, with Cardi B, Dr Dre, Post Malone, Usher, Machine Gun Kelly and several of the Kardashian clan in attendance.
