Friends stars Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer rumored to be dating in real life

Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer have sent the rumour mill into overdrive after they were spotted together at a vineyard, with Schwimmer reportedly flying out to see Aniston not long after the Friends reunion.

During the Friends special, which saw the cast reunite publicly for the first time in 17 years, Schwimmer and Aniston admitted they were both "crushing hard" on each other while filming the sitcom as love interests Ross and Rachel.

"But it was like two ships passing because one of us was always in a relationship. And we never crossed that boundary. We respected that," Schwimmer said at the time.

According to Closer, the pair began texting immediately after filming the reunion.

"It became clear that reminiscing over the past had stirred up feelings for both of them and that chemistry they'd always had to bury was still there," a source said.

"Just last month, David flew from his home in New York to see Jen in LA."

The insider claimed the pair had been spending time at Aniston's home, where she has been cooking dinner for him and the two have been "chatting and laughing".

"They were also spotted drinking wine, deep in conversation, as they walked around one of Jen's favourite vineyards in Santa Barbara, where it was clear there was lots of chemistry between them."

Aniston and Schwimmer also appeared to take their flirtations online. Aniston showed off her Friends merchandise - a hat emblazoned with the immortal line from Ross and Rachel's relationship: "We were so not on a break!", while Schwimmer wore a shirt that read "Lobsters" under a silhouette of their two characters about to kiss.

Ross told Rachel she was his "lobster" in one episode, after Phoebe informed him that lobsters mate for life.
