A clip of Megan Fox reacting to being mistakenly introduced as Machine Gun Kelly's wife at a basketball game is doing the rounds on social media.
The Jennifer's Body star and her musician partner MGK, who confirmed their engagement last month, were attending the NBA All-Star game in Ohio over the weekend when they were pictured on the jumbotron.
"Please welcome Machine Gun Kelly and his wife, actress Megan Fox," the announcer can be heard saying over the loudspeaker.
Fox laughed off the faux pas and leaned into whisper what Cosmopolitan suspected to be the words "I'm not your wife yet" to her musician beau.
The high-profile pair shared details of their engagement on social media and in the press earlier this year, with MGK explaining the ring he designed for Fox features "thorns" on the band that will "hurt" if she tries to take it off.
The 'Bloody Valentine' hitmaker came under fire for the feature, with many commentators taking issue with his assertion that "love is pain" and suggesting his comments and design choices point to a toxic and controlling relationship dynamic.
