Jennifer Lopez debuts green diamond engagement ring worth over $7m from fiancé Ben Affleck

First, it was a stunning pink diamond sparkler in 2002.

Now, Jennifer Lopez is sporting a green diamond engagement ring from fiancé Ben Affleck.

The multi-talented couple rekindled their iconic early-2000s romance in April 2021 after first getting engaged two decades ago and splitting in 2004.

Lopez shared the news with an exclusive video on her personal fan newsletter 'On the J.Lo', showing off her incredible new ring; an enormous 8.5-carat cushion-cut green diamond flanked by two smaller diamonds.

Diamond expert Mike Fried told Page Six the ring is likely worth at least $7.19 million.

"A diamond like that usually ends up in a museum," Fried said. "Large green diamonds are exceedingly scarce. It would certainly be north of US$5 million and may be higher than US$10 million."

Affleck first proposed to Lopez with a 6.1-carat pink diamond ring, however, the singer/actress is ecstatic with her beautiful new ring from her beau Ben.

"I always say the colour green is my lucky colour. Maybe you remember a certain green dress," Lopez penned in an earlier newsletter, referring to the iconic green Versace gown she wore to the Grammys in 2000.

"I've realized there are many moments in my life where amazing things happened when I was wearing green."
