Kanye West is to be investigated by police over alleged public indecency while on holiday with wife Bianca Censori, according to reports.
The 'Gold Digger' pop star was seen with trousers down exposing his bare bottom with Censori kneeling before him while on a river boat cruise in Venice last month in pictures that were widely circulated around the internet.
Now the Daily Mail claims a police source has told it Kanye's behaviour is about to be the subject of an investigation.
"There are standards of public decorum that have to be followed by tourists and locals alike and any breaches are severely punished," the source reportedly said.
"The images of West with his trousers down while in a taxi as he and his partner crossed the lagoon were seen all over the globe.
"You could clearly see his trousers were half down and we have received complaints from people who witnessed it. Now we have identified the driver of the boat and we will be asking him what he saw as well.
"The images show the couple clearly in a state of intimacy and if the local prosecutor decides to press charges then we will notify the couple, most probably through the relevant embassies.
"The offence being investigated is acts contrary to public decency, which is punishable by an administrative sanction."
It comes as a local councillor says the pair - who were also pictured wearing revealing outfits during their time on holiday - showed "a lack of respect for Venice, which is the most enchanting city in the world".
The boat company has already banned West and Censori from using their taxi service ever again, saying: "We completely dissociate ourselves from such acts and behaviour. Mr West and his wife will certainly no longer be welcome on board our company's boats."
Last week, a source has told The Sun newspaper West's former wife Kim Kardashian thinks something "clearly isn't right" with him after he was seen semi-naked, baring his buttocks while on a cruise boat in Italy.
"Kim doesn't know how she will explain it all to the kids," the source said.
"Kim's been so worried about the new pics that have come out with Bianca - like, how will she explain it all to the kids?
"She's embarrassed and worried for him - he's wandering around barefoot with champagne in the street. Something clearly isn't right."
Neither West nor Censori have addressed the accusations from Venice police.
