Tom Cruise has been given a warning about dating Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova.
The Mission: Impossible star was seen partying with Khayrova according to tabloid media and now her ex has cautioned Cruise dating her would come with a high price.
"Irrespective of whoever she's with, Tom Cruise or anybody else, they should be aware that she likes the finer things in life and has expensive and luxurious tastes," ex Dmitry Tsetkov told the Daily Mail.
"Tom should keep his eyes and wallet wide open."
Tsetkov also revealed further details about his relationship with Khayrova, saying their split cost him nearly
"She's 36, she's beautiful, financially independent and loves life."
The Mail also reported that she had "never been a big Tom Cruise fan", but Tsetkov said he was "sure that's all changed now."
Their split cost him nearly NZ$323 million and forced him to sell off some of his assets to cover the bill.
Cruise was reportedly seen with Khayrova at an event in London's Grosvenor Square.
Neither have commented on the speculation over their love lives.
It is not the first time Cruise has been linked with a high-profile woman. In July, Hayley Atwell had to issue a strong denial the pair were dating amid rumours circulating in the tabloids during the filming of Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning: Part One.
She told the Independent newspaper at the time she viewed Cruise and director Chris McQuarrie as "sort of two uncles" rather than love interests.
