David Walliams is to perform a series of one-man shows in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch for children.
The David Walliams Book Show will see the Little Britain star share stories from his childhood, as well as discuss inspirations for his most famous book characters. It is also believed he will be sharing some "funny fan letters".
The all-ages shows will take place at Auckland's Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre on Saturday, September 28 before heading to Wellington's St James Theatre on Monday, September 30.
The tour will conclude at Christchurch's Town Hall on Wednesday, October 2.
"Kids will have the chance to ask me anything, with a star prize for the best question!" Walliams said in a statement.
Tickets go on sale from Friday, June 14.
