Unfortunately, we probably all remember when Gwyneth Paltrow launched her internet-breaking candle, 'This Smells Like My Vagina', which was followed by the equally outrageous 'This Smells Like My Orgasm' - well, it's not over yet.

According to documentation from the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the actor's controversial wellness and lifestyle brand Goop has filed a word trademark application for a line of "chocolate" and "candy" products, with the proposed name being - yes, you guessed it - 'This Tastes Like My Vagina'.

The application was filed by Goop on May 21, 2020, according to reports, and more than three years later, the request is still "under examination".

So what exactly might we expect products inspired by Paltrow's private parts to taste like? Well, if the "funny, gorgeous, sexy, and beautifully unexpected" scent of the 'This Smells Like My Vagina' candle is anything to go by, it will feature notes of "geranium, citrusy bergamot, and cedar absolutes juxtaposed with Damask rose and ambrette seed". Yum?

Alternatively, 'This Smells Like My Orgasm' blends "tart grapefruit, neroli, and ripe cassis berries" with "gunpowder tea and Turkish rose absolutes" for a scent that's "sexy, surprising, and wildly addictive".

According to reports, the trademark application for 'This Tastes Like My Vagina' did have some competition - with an Alabama craft brewery attempting to cash in on Paltrow's viral vagina-themed creations.

Almost one year exactly after Goop, on March 15, 2021 the Birmingham-based distillery Ghost Train Brewing Company reportedly filed their own application for the exact same name, which would christen a proposed beer, distilled spirit and fruit-based cocktail line. On January 14, 2022, however, this application was marked "dead" due to a lack of or delayed response to the Patent and Trademark Office.

It's already been a busy year for the actor-turned-wellness-'guru', who in March was accused of encouraging disordered eating after she detailed her typical diet in an interview with Dr Will Cole for The Art of Wellness podcast.

The 50-year-old said she likes to eat dinner early in the evening, allowing her to have a "nice intermittent fast" - which she breaks at around midday after a cup of coffee.

"I really like soup for lunch. I have bone broth for lunch a lot of the days," she said, before noting that she will then do an hour of exercise before sitting in a sauna for 30 minutes.

"For dinner, I try to do it according to paleo. So, lots of vegetables. It's important for me to support my detox," she added.

In March, Paltrow also made headlines for a civil trial relating to a ski collision in Utah in 2016, with retired optometrist Terry Sanderson suing the actor over the injuries he said he sustained in the crash. The jury later found Paltrow not liable and ruled in her favour in her counterclaim against Sanderson.

In 2022, it was announced that Goop had joined forces with Poosh, the lifestyle and wellness brand launched by Kourtney Kardashian in 2019, to release a brand-new candle named 'This Smells Like My Pooshy'.
