The massive $23.3 million Powerball first division prize won by a ticket in Orewa has been claimed.
The winning ticket was sold at Orewa Lotto Plus for the draw on Wednesday, September 21.
The prize is made up of $23 million from Powerball first division and $333,333 from Lotto first division.
Meanwhile, another $4.25 million was won in Saturday's draw by a MyLotto player from Auckland - making them the fifteenth Powerball multi-millionaire of 2022.
Their prize is made up of $4 million from Powerball first division and $250,000 from Lotto first division.
Three other lucky Lotto players will also be celebrating on Sunday after winning $250,000 as well. The winning tickets were sold on MyLotto to players from Auckland (x2) and Gisborne.
A lucky Strike player will also be celebrating after winning $200,000 with Strike Four. The winning Strike ticket was sold at Pak'nSave Porirua.
