Two Kiwis in Northland and Christchurch will be jumping with joy after winning $500,000 each with Lotto's First Division.
The winning players in Wednesday night's draw both purchased their tickets on MyLotto.
A Lotto spokesperson said Powerball was not struck on Wednesday and will roll over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $10 million.
Strike Four has also rolled over and will be $300,000 on Saturday.
Lotto is urging anyone who bought their ticket on MyLotto to check it "as soon as possible".
Next weekend, on March 18, Lotto will hold a special draw to assist communities across the motu hit hard by Cyclone Gabrielle.
"We're doubling our usual community contribution so that half of all ticket sales for our special draw – or 50 cents from every dollar spent on Lotto, Powerball or Strike - will support those affected," the spokesperson said.
Lotto reminded its players to "dream a lot and play only a little".
"The special draw supports a great cause, but it only takes one ticket to win and show your support."
