Lotto: Two players share $1 million, 15 people win Second Divison - here's where the winning tickets were sold

Two Kiwi lucky Lotto players from Kaikōura and Invercargill will be waking up $500,000 richer on Sunday morning after winning First Division on Saturday. 

The winning tickets were sold at Paper Plus Kaikōura and on MyLotto to a player from Invercargill.

Powerball was not struck on Saturday and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $17 million.

Strike Four has also rolled over on Saturday and will be $400,000 on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, 15 lucky Lotto players will be toasting a special win after each winning $21,969 in Second Division.  

The winning tickets were sold in Auckland, Hamilton, Bay of Plenty, Te Awamutu, Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, Lower Hutt, Canterbury, Gore and Southland.

"Anyone who bought their ticket from Paper Plus Kaikōura or on MyLotto should check their ticket as soon as possible in-store, on MyLotto, or through the MyLotto App," Lotto said.
