'We are with you': Harry and Meghan's tribute to Christchurch terror attack victims

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have signed a book of condolence for Christchurch terror attack victims on behalf of the Royal Family with a simple message: "We are with you, Arohanui".

Meghan wrote, 'our deepest condolences, we are with you' while Prince Harry signed his name with 'arohanui'.

Prince Harry and Meghan greeted delegates at New Zealand House in London with a hongi.

They spoke with High Commissioner of New Zealand, Sir Jerry Mateparae, before laying floral bouquets and reading tributes left by members of the public.

"We are overwhelmed by the tremendous amount of support we've received from across the UK.

"Their Royal Highness's visit is reflective of this outpouring of support and it was wonderful to welcome them to New Zealand House," Mateparae said.

The Queen requested the couple to represent the Royal Family, as they were the last royals to visit the country during their South Pacific tour in October.
