A woman has been charged with murder following the location of a body at a Dunedin property on Friday.
Police confirmed a body had been found at a property on Tanner Road in Glenleith early on Friday afternoon.
A 43-year-old woman has now been arrested and charged. She is due to appear in the Dunedin District Court on Saturday.
"Enquiries into the circumstances of the death are ongoing and police will not be in a position to release any further details of the victim until formal identification takes place," Det Snr Srgt Rob Hanna said.
"The scene examination is continuing and is expected to take some time. We appreciate the patience of all those in the area."
