Glen Eden murder: Woman charged with perverting course of justice following murder of Benjamin McIntosh

Waitematā police have arrested a fourth person in relation to the homicide investigation into the death of Benjamin McIntosh. 

McIntosh, 37, was found in a critical condition in a park on Glendale Road in Glen Eden on June 3. 

He was taken to Auckland Hospital and underwent surgery but later died from his injuries. 

Detective Senior Sergeant Tim Williams said a 59-year-old woman has been charged with perverting the course of justice.

"[She] is due to appear in the Waitākere District Court on Tuesday 28 June."

Three other people including two men and one woman have already been charged in relation to McIntosh's death.
