A trial is underway in the Christchurch District Court where three men are facing multiple criminal allegations including stupefication and sexual violation.
There are strict, blanket suppression orders in place preventing any details of the trial from being published by the media.
The trial began on Tuesday and is expected to last for at least three months before a judge alone.
